Last year, General Manager Nick Price made the strategic decision to appoint two dedicated Sales Managers, one specialising in New Cars and the other in Used Cars, rather than relying on the traditional single-manager model. Several months on, the results speak for themselves.
Kaveh Rowshanzamir, New Car Sales Manager, and Mike Charnley, Used Car Sales Manager, have now firmly established themselves within the business. Working closely together while focusing on their individual areas of expertise, they have created a more structured and supportive environment for the sales team and a more consistent experience for customers.
Kaveh brings valuable experience from working as a manager withToyota, one of the world’s largest and most respected automotive manufacturers, where strong process, customer satisfaction and brand values are central to success. Mike joins Lightcliffe Škoda with a background in premium and luxury automotive brands, including Land Rover and Lamborghini, offering deep market knowledge and a refined approach to customer care.
