Affordable Electric Driving Is Coming to Lightcliffe - and its EPIQ!
Škoda has officially unveiled the all-new, fully electric Epiq – and here at Lightcliffe Škoda, we believe it could become one of the most exciting and important new models the brand has launched in years.
Revealed during a spectacular world premiere event in Zurich, the new Epiq represents a major step forward for affordable electric motoring. With prices starting from just £24,950 OTR, the Epiq brings all-electric Škoda ownership within reach of more customers than ever before, while delivering the practicality, technology and value that the brand is known for.
Designed as a compact electric SUV crossover, the Epiq combines city-friendly dimensions with a surprisingly spacious interior and a generous 475-litre boot. There’s even additional storage under the bonnet thanks to a clever front luggage compartment, or “frunk”, making the Epiq ideal for everyday family life, commuting and weekend adventures alike.
The new model also introduces a bold new design language for future Škoda SUVs, with striking T-shaped lighting, a modern Tech-Deck Face and clean, robust styling that gives the Epiq a confident road presence. Inside, customers can expect a high-quality cabin featuring sustainable materials, a 13-inch infotainment display and the latest connected technology via the MyŠkoda app.
Two battery options will be available, with the larger Epiq 55 offering a WLTP driving range of up to 272 miles. Rapid charging capability means both battery versions can charge from 10–80% in under 25 minutes, helping make electric driving even more practical and convenient.
As always with Škoda, safety and value remain at the heart of the package. The Epiq comes generously equipped with advanced driver assistance systems, adaptive cruise control, LED lighting and smartphone connectivity across the range.
Customers will also be able to choose from a range of trims, including a striking First Edition model featuring unique styling details, 20-inch alloy wheels and premium interior finishes.
Orders for the all-new Škoda Epiq are expected to open in July, and interest is already building rapidly following its global reveal.
