Office Administrator

For this role, you will be reporting to the Dealership Accountant and will be responsible for:

·processing customer files and invoices;

·ensuring that our used vehicle stock information is up to date as well as maintain records and an accurate filing system;

·processing and posting of all company daily banking;

·raising and processing invoices for our transport department;

·any ad hoc administrative duties relating to the transport department;

·checking and posting of all driver expenses prior to payment;

·credit control across the business; and

·providing holiday cover when required.


This is a part-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am and 12 noon; a total of 20 hours per week attracting a salary of £9,308 per annum.
